Defexpo 2020: An MoU was signed between HAL and Elbit Systems ISTAR Division, Israel and the MoU was signed by Arup Chatterjee, Director (Engg. and R&D), HAL and Roy Zentner, VP (Business Dev. & Marketing), Elbit Systems in the presence of R Madhavan, CMD, HAL and senior officials from HAL and Elbit Systems.
